I know that putting this request out there will lead to me getting all sorts of hate. I don't care. I am coming into this with no angle whatsoever. I have questions that I feel should be answered.
The internet is a playground for misconstrued nonsense. That's definitely the case when it comes to Hughes. Whether it's his relationship with former radio partner Anthony Cumia, outrage from unearthed radio bits, or overreactions from peripheral characters misunderstanding each other, Hughes seems to always be the center of controversy.
The controversial status Hughes has attained comes more from his silence and inaction than anything he has said or done. Any time he addresses an issue it's brief and creates more questions than answers. It seems like he does this to take the high road and stay above the fray. The problem is that ignoring issues for which people are giving him crap is a distraction from his current radio show.
An interview with me would be perfect. I'm just some guy who has no agenda or bias. I would love to give Hughes the platform to say what he needs to say. I want this interview to put all issues to rest and hopefully silence the haters who have nothing better to do than bombard the internet with truckloads of nonsense because they aren't getting their way.
Opie & Anthony is dead...for now. If haters keep bringing up things, it will only serve to expand the rift between Opie and Anthony. Let them have their break from each other. You guys are putting that show deeper into the ground with your nonsense.
